Kimberly Manuel-Dickens is an executive business strategist, entertainment management consultant, and investor. During her nearly 20-year career, she has lent her expertise to both Fortune 100 brands and small businesses to aid in driving their organic growth.

 

While Kimberly’s venture in the arts world might seem like a stark departure from her corporate resume, her involvement and experience in music actually date back to her adolescence. A formally trained musician from the age of 5, she has served in the capacities of music director, musician, producer, and investor. She is a professional member of The Recording Academy, a Board Vice Chair of 3Arts, has completed business management and legal studies at Berklee College, and sponsors monthly events targeted toward providing exposure opportunities to local emerging artists.

 

Kimberly prides herself on marrying her business management "know-how" with her passion for music in the form of aiding artists to understand the structure of the industry, commercialization & distribution, brand development, and strategy. She is a versatile, hands-on partner to her clients.  Under her guidance, they have expanded their reach and their commercial success - achieving numerous accolades to include industry award nominations, billboard chartings, and major placements.

 

Kimberly holds an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a BS in General Business Management from the University of Maryland.
